Apprenticeships are a great way of recruiting new workers to get them trained and experienced in your sector of work to help secure an “employment ready” workforce.  To assist in this Employers are entitled to a grant, This apprenticeship grant is available for 16 to 24 year old’s and is aimed at helping eligible employers to offer young people employment through the apprenticeship programme, by providing wage grants to assist employers in recruiting their first apprentice.
